Skid Row is an American heavy metal band formed in 1986 in Toms River, New Jersey. Rising to prominence in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the band is best known for its chart-topping multi-platinum albums Skid Row and Slave to the Grind, which delivered hits like 18 and Life, I Remember You, and Youth Gone Wild. The original classic lineup featured vocalist Sebastian Bach alongside core members Rachel Bolan, Dave Sabo, and Scotti Hill. After lineup changes and a hiatus in the late 1990s, Skid Row returned with new singers and continued to release music, maintaining a loyal fanbase. Their latest album, The Gang's All Here, was released in 2022, showcasing the band's enduring influence in the hard rock and heavy metal scene. The current lineup includes Bolan, Sabo, Hill, and drummer Rob Hammersmith.
