She rose to fame through viral freestyle videos on social media and signed with 1501 Certified Entertainment in 2018. Megan gained mainstream attention with her mixtape Fever and the EP Suga, both reaching the top ten on the Billboard 200. Her hit singles Hot Girl Summer, Cash Shit, and the chart-topping Savage remix featuring Beyoncé established her as a major force in hip-hop.
