Palmer Vils has two unbalanced RCA inputs. You can use a standard Y cable with a 3.5 mm jack to connect to the headphone output on a laptop. Vils adds both stereo channels to mono, so you only need one free microphone input to connect to the PA.
Palmer Vils is extremely easy to use and its passive operation means it does not need power. The resistance level and the transformer, which balances the signal at the same time, take care of the optimal setting of the level and impedance.
