c'était ma seconde commande et de nouveau un service d'exception.... un des produits n'était plus disponible et j'ai été contacté aussitôt et une correspondancière m'a contacté me proposant soit un remboursement soit un produit équivalent en substitution. J'ai choisi la deuxième option, et la différence m'a été remboursée sous 48h00.... Plus efficace que les grands groupes de e.commerce A..... ou CD...... Je recommande vivement ce site vendeur.
