DHL messed up the shipment and the package had to be sent back to Muziker in the end. DHL had attached an incorrect label when re-labeling after the label got damaged during transport/handling. Customer support (@Muziker) was really helpful and responsive, so I still got my order in the end (I ordered the last product on stock, so couldn't re-order).

Bought a small usb C guitar audio interface; works great, price was fair and the delivery time to Sweden was perfectly fine, ignoring UPS' repeated failures to deliver the parcel. Will definitely buy from Muziker again. 👍 To other customers, please remember to avoid picking UPS delivery if you can. If you can't, never choose the UPS home delivery. It's a catastrophe.

The price was very nice! I bought a badly transport damaged double bass. The damages were well documented and gave a good view of the damages. When it arrived the original box had been fixed well but had only been taped together with three strips so the box had opened during transport from Slovakia to Sweden. The bass seemed to be ok, only one crack that had elongated somewhat so it was not more than expected for such a long transport of a broken instrument, but I think the should have taped it more. It was sent quickly and no problem with payment or any other nasty surprises. So it's OK. I could buy from them again.
