The CD player is programmable with repeat function, while the tape deck provides pause, eject/stop, forward and rewind and play functions. It also provides a headphone output for discreet listening in the evening hours, LCD screen with blue background lighting, large control push buttons and rotary knobs and antenna. The boombox is also suitable for mobile user thanks to its low weight (about 1.5 kg), foldable carrying handle and option of battery operation (six C-type batteries required).
