Black Country Communion is an English-American hard rock supergroup formed in Los Angeles in 2009. The lineup features Glenn Hughes on bass and vocals, Joe Bonamassa on guitar and vocals, Jason Bonham on drums, and Derek Sherinian on keyboards. Inspired by the classic rock sound of the 1970s, the group brings together members with deep roots in bands like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, and Dream Theater. After debuting with their self-titled album in 2010 and releasing two more records in quick succession, the band briefly disbanded before reuniting in 2016. Known for their energetic blend of blues-rock and hard rock, Black Country Communion continues to release acclaimed albums, with their fifth record, V, arriving in 2024.
