Highly recommended. Great sound and manufacturing. Excellent if your system feels "muddy" or lacking some extra punch. The perfect "companion" for every bass cabinet with 12" speakers and larger. Ideally they should be used as a couple (two of them) in a separate horizontal 15-17 liter enclosure with a tilt around 15-20° degrees each to the right and left like the old Bose speakers and connected in series for an impedance of 16 ohms. This gives five advantages. - 16 Ohms make the mid-section softer when coupled with an 8 Ohms cabinet - This way the speakers are protected from extreme signals (theoretically they can withstand 600 W of total amplification) . - Better sound dispersion which all mid- and hi-frequency speakers are lacking. - Such "satellite" box is easily transported without adding weight to a heavy main cabinet. - Can be easily used for any other configuration or even standalone. The speakers respond way beyond the 300 Hz noted to the specifications.
