The dbx DriveRack PA2 is a complete loudspeaker management system designed to fit between your mixer and amplifiers, optimizing and protecting any PA. Proprietary AutoEQ and AFS feedback suppression, plus Ethernet control from mobile or desktop devices, make this 2-in/6-out processor a central tool for crossover, EQ, compression, limiting, and subharmonic synthesis in a compact 1U rack unit. Touring bands and venues will appreciate the updated Setup Wizard for level balancing, room EQ, and speaker tuning using presets from major manufacturers. For touring acts, installed venues, and portable rigs, this processor's reworked AutoEQ engine and networked remote control are essential. What Sets the DriveRack PA2 Apart
Inside the chassis, dbx's Type IV A/D Conversion System pushes dynamic range up to 123 dB with transient material, letting live peaks through without converter clipping. Enhanced AFS anticipates feedback, applying surgical notches before the audience hears a squeal, and the Setup Wizard accesses speaker tunings from leading manufacturers.
Inputs and Conversion
In terms of connections, there are two female XLR line inputs plus a dedicated RTA mic input. All are electronically balanced and RF filtered for signal integrity.
