Diana Ross, born March 26, 1944, is an iconic American singer and actress recognized as the "Queen of Motown Records." Rising to fame as the lead singer of the Supremes, she helped the group become Motown’s most successful act of the 1960s and the best-charting female group in history, with 12 number-one singles on the US Billboard Hot 100. After leaving the Supremes in 1970, Ross launched a celebrated solo career, releasing 26 studio albums and achieving multiple number-one hits, including Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, Touch Me in the Morning, Upside Down, Love Hangover, and Endless Love.
