POD is an American Christian metal band from San Diego, California, formed in 1992. The group features vocalist Sonny Sandoval, bassist Traa Daniels, guitarist Marcos Curiel, and drummer Wuv Bernardo. Known for their impactful blend of metal and alternative rock, POD broke into the mainstream with their platinum album The Fundamental Elements of Southtown.
