The Seymour Duncan Antiquity Retrospec'd Texas Hot Strat middle pickup will give you all the chime and sparkle of the standard wound Texas Hot when used on its own, but, when used in combination with either the bridge or neck pickups, will deliver that unmistakable in between sound that Stratocasters are so uniquely famous for. The Texas Hot middle pickup is made with Seymour Duncan's custom winding spec and Alnico II rod magnets as the neck model, but is reverse-wound, reverse-polarity to allow for hum-canceling when used in combination with the neck or bridge pickup.
