This library features an eclectic collection of instruments, including a Bottlephone, Hornaphone, Tuned Cowbell Ensemble, Pipe Machine, and a Children’s Glockenspiel. In addition, we’ve created 20 original sound-designed elements to complement the Sonic Circus concept — from warm, textured leads and evolving ethereal pads to a wide selection of classic synthesized waveforms that add depth, harmony, and character to your sound.

To complete the package, we’ve included 20 creative factory presets designed to push the sound even further and provide instant inspiration, allowing you to jump straight in and start creating. Sonic Circus is designed for the full, unlocked version of Kontakt 6.6 or later, as well as the free Decent Sampler engine. We’ve also supplied a full set of basic presets in the open-source SFZ format, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of sampler and synthesizer platforms on Mac, PC, and Linux.

The Kontakt interface offers a comprehensive set of automation-ready sound-shaping controls, giving you complete creative freedom. Parameters include swell, attack, release, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch (coarse and fine), articulation switching, crossfading, layering, and much more.

An adaptable LFO system is included, featuring selectable wave shapes, assignable modulation targets, speed, depth, tempo sync, and fade-in time. You can further shape your sound using a selection of 12 low-pass, high-pass, and FX filters, with modulation assignable to velocity, mod wheel, expression, aftertouch, key position, and step-sequencer table control.

The customizable arpeggiator provides a velocity table and controls for direction, timing, swing, randomization, and note duration. A key and scale lock system is also included, allowing you to constrain notes to common keys and scales for effortless melodic composition and confident live performance.

Rounding out the interface is a modular FX rack featuring 27 DSP effect modules, freely assignable across 8 slots in any order. Effects include classic phaser, flanger, delay, distortion, amp and cabinet simulators, compressors, EQ, rotator, and more. The reverb module features our favorite convolution impulse responses, offering 99 rooms, halls, chambers, and outdoor spaces, along with an additional 40 custom FX impulses designed to dramatically transform your sound and unlock entirely new sonic possibilities. A curated selection of FX rack chain factory presets is also included to help you get started quickly.
