xDuoo has carefully upgraded the main audio chipset in the TA-10R to provide an improved sound quality output over the previous model. They have upgraded the DAC chip to AK4493 unlike the AK4490 in the previous model. The DAC chip is paired with premium components like a HiFi CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) chip, Dual active crystal oscillators, to produce a rich audio experience for its users. The TA-10R utilizes ECC82/12AU7 vacuum tube to process and refine the audio signal.
xDuoo TA-10R features a Class A amplification circuit. Class A offers the best sound quality output with ultra-low distortion. In Class A amplification the entire current is conducted through the entire period of a signal that results in better amplification.
The xDuoo TA-10R can be connected with Windows/Mac PC, Android & iOS Smartphones via the USB input option. With the USB interface, the TA-10R utilizes a powerful XMOS XU208 8-core processor chip from XMOS. The TA-10R USB input supports PCM decoding up to 32-Bit/384kH and DSD up to DSD256 natively. It also features Coaxial and Optical inputs and supports PCM up to 24-Bit/192kHz via these connections.
With a powerful output power rating of about 2000mW through both of its headphone output ports, the xDuoo TA-10R can power the most demanding of your headphones with ease. xDuoo suggests up to 600 Ohm headphone pairing with the device.
