Samuel Moore, born July 17, 1939, is better known as Ironing Board Sam. An American electric blues keyboardist, singer, and songwriter, he has released a handful of singles and albums across a career that has lasted over fifty years. Despite facing setbacks over the years, he remained dedicated to the blues, releasing a new album in 2012. Known for his smooth vocals and remarkable, understated piano playing, Ironing Board Sam is recognized as a true bluesman with a distinctive style.
